Claire McMillan

Claire provides leadership to a team of Occupational Health Advisors, Screening/Practice Nurses and Team Administrators.  She is also involved in clinical delivery to clients, mainly management referrals, one to one stress management and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, working in partnership with clients to reduce absence from work.

As Operations Manager, her role includes meeting potential clients, preparing service proposals, writing tender responses and auditing our services to ensure we maintain high standards that meet SEQOHS requirements and best practice.

Claire has experience as a Total Quality Management Trainer/Facilitator working with improvement teams at a large engineering company. She understands the importance of being customer focused and of continual improvement and the reduction of waste.

When not at work, Claire enjoys walking, volunteering at Bury Drop In (a charity which offers free meals, drinks, advice and love for homeless and vulnerable people in Bury St Edmunds), spending time with her grandchildren and travelling; she has been fortunate enough to visit India and China in the past few years.
