Alison Lambert

Alison has worked in Occupational health since 2012, with experience in the scientific, local government, education, manufacturing and food industry, thus gaining significant experience in sickness absence case management and health surveillance.

Alison also holds the Faculty of Occupational Medicine hand arm vibration certificate.  Alison is particularly interested in how health and wellbeing can support the workforce and is involved in the delivery of health and wellbeing initiatives.  She is a regular guest discussing health topics on Radio West Suffolk’s mid-morning show and writes a monthly health column for a local magazine.

Alison has 2 children and a dog so finds spare time a luxury, but does endeavour to go to the gym and is learning to appreciate the benefits of yoga – all of which help to counterbalance the love of good food and good wine.
